Cake Smash

Cake smashes are a fabulous way to document your childs big milestones, their birthday!!! Its an opportunity for them to get down and dirty and really get stuck into a lovely big fat delicious cake and well just smash it up. 

 

All cake smash sessions start with some pictures of them in an outfit of your choice and then we strip them down and bring out the main event...THE CAKE!! As their eyes light up and they get stuck in i will capture all those moments for you to enjoy for years to come and eventually you can use the images to embarrass them when they bring home their first girlfriend or boyfriend. Then after they have got all messy and eaten till their little bellies are full we will let them splash and play in a lovely warm bath which is another fantastic opportunity to capture some brilliant images.

Done in 3 parts over the course of an 1 and a half i capture the following:

1. In whatever you want your child to wear. This could be their prettiest dress or their smartest suit.

2. The cake smash itself. I have a selection of outfits you can choose from or you can supply your own.

3. At the end of the session its time to get all cleaned up with a nice warm bubbly bath ready to send you on your way.

For children 2 years and older i offer a paint splash which is the same concept but the children get to pain and design their own canvas which is a lovely keepsake for their room and for you.
